New Year, New Updates!

Hey Team!

We've added a couple great features to the platform to boost your productivity. Here's a quick summary of our recent updates:

Better External Calendar Support. You can now specify buffer time for events in your external calendar (Google® Calendar).

Let's say you have a dentist appointment on Wednesday @ 9:00 am and you need 30 minutes after to get back to your office and settle in for your upcoming consultations.

Setup your buffer time in Booking and Cancellation options to ensure your clients won't request sessions during the time before and after. Access this feature and other useful scheduling options by clicking My Schedule > Booking & Cancellation Options in your Practitioner Portal.

Booking Improvements. We've added your calendar to the Session Request Confirmation page to give you a better idea of what your schedule will look like for that day.

When your clients request sessions, you can either accept with one-click or refer to your schedule to adjust the day and time without leaving the page! 

Export Completed Forms to Microsoft® Excel™. You now have the option of exporting completed forms either as PDFs or a Excel spreadsheets. The spreadsheet option allows you to include any notes you make in your completed forms (waivers not included). We’ll be adding some additional improvements to the form notes feature soon, so stay tuned!
