Create Programs or Courses for your clients to enroll in right from Practice Better! Program content can be scheduled and shared with clients going through your program automatically. Enhance your programs by assigning Tasks and Worksheets for added accountability and set up custom emails to introduce each module. Get started

- Email Templates
We've given you the ability to customize notification emails sent to your clients. Head over to Settings > Notification Preferences > Email Templates. We'll be rolling out more templates to give you full control over what content is delivered to your clients. Email templates are available in our Pro and Plus Plans. Get started
- Read Receipts
Get instant feedback when clients read your messages using the Secure Messenger. Read receipts will appear whenever clients open their messenger window.
- Auto-save credit card information when clients pay invoices for payment plans
- Added a customizable notes section when sending forms and via the Auto-send Forms automation. Use this feature to include additional notes and instructions for your clients.
- Added setting to remove phone number requirement for online/video chat sessions. Get started
