Set up your forms to be automatically sent out based on the type of package booked.
- Go to My Practice > Automations
- Click on the Red Fast-action Button and choose Send forms after package is confirmed
- Select which packages you'd like to send when this automation is triggered
- Check Allow clients to complete form(s) multiple times if clients will need to complete this form more than once.
An example of this would be a form which requires clients to provide status updates after starting a new package.
- Select the forms you’d like to send for this service type
- Include additional notes to be included in the notification email
- Click Create to save your automation
