You can disable lifestyle journal entry types to prevent your client from logging activity, measurements, bowel movement, mood, and/or sleep entries.
1) Go to the Journals section of your client's file
2) Click the Edit journals icon in the top-right corner:
3) Click the Edit button next to the Lifestyle Journal
3) Disable the required entry types and click Save Changes:
