Although we don't have a direct integration with Outlook/Office 365, you can integrate either of these calendars by using Google Calendar as an intermediary in conjunction with Microsoft Flow. Microsoft Flow allows you to automate workflows between 3rd party apps and Microsoft products.
You will first need to link a Google Calendar to your PB account which we'll be able to read and sync appointments to.
Once you've set up your integration, you'll then want to set up two automations with Microsoft Flow:
- Add an event to your Outlook/Office 365 Calendar when an event is added to your Google Calendar. This will allow appointments created in Practice Better to appear in your Microsoft calendar.
- Add an event to Google Calendar when an event is added to your Outlook/Office 365 Calendar. This will allow personal events in your Microsoft calendar to be visible in Practice Better to prevent clients from double-booking you when you're not available.
