Follow these steps to adjust the dates/times for pending installment payments:
1) Go to your My Practice> Billing & Payments page, then click on the Payment Plans tab:
2) Click View next to an active installment plan. This will redirect you to the payment plan details page.
3) Click the 3 dots next to a pending payment and select Change installment date from the options provided:
A popup will appear with the option to set the new date and time for the installment. Installments can be scheduled any time from 30 minutes after the current day/time.
4) Click Update to save the new date/time for the installment.
