If the orientation of your profile picture is not upright, you can adjust the orientation outside of the platform before uploading it to Practice Better.
For Windows PC:
To do this, first open Paint on your PC and open your picture by navigating to File > Open.
From here, navigate to the folder where your picture is saved, select the file and click Open.
Once you have opened your picture, you can use the Rotate option, to adjust the orientation of your picture by selecting one of the rotation options. You can repeat this action until your picture is adjusted to the desired orientation.
If you are happy with your picture, save it by clicking File > Save. You can now proceed to upload your profile picture in Practice Better.
For Mac OS:
To rotate your picture on a Mac, start by navigating to the Finder icon on your screen and locate and open your profile picture.
In the Preview window, rotate your image by using the Rotate button:
Optionally, you can also navigate to the Tools tab and select the rotation direction:
If you are happy with your picture, save it by clicking File > Save. You can now proceed to upload your profile picture in Practice Better.
To upload the image, start by navigating to My Practice> My Profile and click on the Profile Picture icon:
From here, select your image file, click open and you will see your new profile picture.
You can then proceed to Preview your changes or Save Changes.
