Practice Better allows you to require payment for your services, packages, and programs on your booking page provided you have linked a payment processor to your account. You can require pre-payment for the full fee amount or a deposit at the time your client is requesting your service on your booking page.
Require Clients To Pay In Full
To require full payment for your service, navigate to My Practice >My Services, click Edit next to the service, under Payment Options select Require to pay at booking:
**The drop down for Public Bookings Page will be for anyone booking outside of the platform whereas the Client Portal will be for clients booking while logged in. This gives you control to select different options depending on where they book from.
Click Save Changes when you have completed these steps.
