In this help article, we will walk you through how to test your booking process from the client's perspective without being charged for payment.
Create a Coupon For 100% Off
First you will need to create a coupon for 100% off the service, this allows you to test your booking process without being charged.
Coupons can only be applied to payments made in full, so you will not be able to use this to test a payment plan.
Test Booking Process Through Public Link
Go to My Practice > My Services, click on the 3 dots next to your service and click Share Link.
From here you select Visit page to view your Bookings Page.
Visiting the page will allow you to go through the booking process from the client's perspective.
Once at the payment page, select the Pay in full option and click Did you receive a coupon or promo code? in order to enter the coupon you've created.
