Updates
- Zoom Security Updates - Zoom has automatically enabled password protection for personal (PMI) meetings (both scheduled and unscheduled), new non-PMI meetings and instant meetings. These changes affect users on Zoom Basic and single-licensed Zoom Pro accounts.
The following updates have been made to ensure minimal disruption for new and existing Zoom meetings created in Practice Better:
- We will include updated Zoom meeting links (with embedded passwords) when sending reminder emails for previously booked sessions. You can also manually send updated meeting links by clicking Send reminder on your session details page, or by copying the Zoom invitation by clicking the 3 dots next to the Zoom link and selecting Copy Zoom Invite:
- Newly scheduled meetings will include passwords based on the adjustments made by Zoom as described above.

Fixes
- Fixed issue displaying availability in certain time zones.
- [Team Plan] Fixed issue where rescheduled appointments were incorrectly assigned to the team owner regardless of the original team member assigned to the session.
