🔄 We're freshening things up!
Practice Better is gradually rolling out a refreshed UI/UX design. You may notice that the navigation bar has moved from the top to the left side of the portal. As a result, some screenshots and images in our articles may not yet reflect the updated interface — but the steps and guidance are still accurate.
We're actively updating all articles and appreciate your patience in the meantime. If something looks different than what you see on screen, the functionality is the same — just with a fresh coat of paint.
Updates
- [Teams] Team owners can now control who receives invoice confirmation notifications when managed billing is enabled. This setting can be adjusted by going to your Settings & Preferences > Invoices & Payments page:

- Added quick actions to cancel sessions and mark sessions as no-shows directly from the My Calendar page. Click on a session and select either option from the session details popup:

- UI/UX improvements
Fixes
- Team members with tag-based roles can now view and use tags when working with clients.
- Fixed Referring Provider (Line 24J) formatting issues in Office Ally batch file export.
- The payment status for a rescheduled session is automatically pulled from the original booking.
