Setting Up Your Wellevate Integration

This article will show you how to integrate your Wellevate account with Practice Better to create and manage supplement recommendations. 

Linking Wellevate to Practice Better

1) Go to Settings & Preferences > 3rd Party Integration

2) Under Supplement Dispensaries, Click Link next to the Wellevate Integration.

3) A popup will appear prompting you to log into your Wellevate account. Sign in to continue.

4) Next, you will be asked to allow Practice Better to access your Wellevate account. Click Allow at the bottom of the popup to proceed.

You should then see a prompt confirming Practice Better is now integrated with your Wellevate account. The popup will automatically close and return you to your Practice Better portal.

Clients Working with Multiple Practitioners

Wellevate does not currently allow clients to use the same email address to access multiple Wellevate dispensaries. If your client has already signed up for Wellevate with another practitioner, they will need to use another email address to access your dispensary.

You can workaround this restriction by editing your client's email address in the Basic Information section of their client file. Some email providers like Gmail will allow clients to use aliases (e.g. mary.smith+wellevate@gmail.com) for their primary inbox.
