On the Plus plan, you have 1 included admin, with the ability to add 2 more ( 3 admin total). The Team Plan includes 2 practitioners and 2 admin. You can purchase additional credit add-ons to invite more practitioners and admin to your team.
To invite a colleague to your platform, first ensure you have set up their role under Role & Permissions. Next select Invite people, under Team Members.
If the Invite people button is not visible to you, please check for the following:
Ensure you have not maxed out the number of users on your plan.
I.e On the Plus plan you can only have 3 admin users in total. Once this number is reached you cannot invite more admin on your plan.
Ensure you have purchased the additional practitioner/admin add on.
You can purchase add ons by going to My Subscription > Credit & Add-ons. Each additional Practitioner is $35, an additional Admin user is $10. Once you have purchased these add-ons, the Invite People button should be visible to you.
