Managing Your Wellevate Settings

You can manage your Wellevate settings by going to Settings & Preferences > 3rd Party Integration. Click the Gear icon next to the Wellevate integration:

Default Client Discount

You can set the default discount for clients added to your Wellevate account from Practice Better. Clients are added to Wellevate whenever you publish protocols including Wellevate supplements. 

Create corresponding Wellevate recommendation when publishing a protocol

With this option enabled, we'll automatically create a Wellevate recommendation for any protocol which includes Wellevate supplements. The recommendation will be shared with your client once you publish your protocol. Your client will receive an email from Wellevate with instructions on how to order supplements from your dispensary.

This setting can be overridden for each protocol by unchecking the "Create a Wellevate recommendation..." option in your protocol or protocol template.
