If you have multiple profiles linked to your email, you can easily switch between profiles without having to sign out.
For example, in a family record, Mary (the parent) is the primary record and Susan (her child) is the sub-record. Let's say Mary wants to book a session on behalf of her child Susan. To do this she can switch from her personal profile over to Susan's profile in the Client Portal without having to log out.
Switching Profiles in the Web Portal/Browser
In the top right corner of the toolbar, click or tap on the profile image. A menu will appear with an option to Switch Profile. Click Switch Profile to view resources and book sessions for another client set up under the same email:
A screen will appear allowing Mary to select from a list of available profiles. Here she can select Susan's profile to book a session for Susan:
Switching Profiles on the Mobile App
When using the mobile app, please click the Hamburger Menu (3 lines) on the top left-hand corner of the app:
The Switch Profile button will be just above the Sign out button at the very bottom of the menu.:
Click Switch Profile, and a screen will appear allowing Mary to select from a list of available profiles. Once Susan's profile has been selected, Mary can then proceed with booking a session for Susan.
