How to Contact Our Support
From the mobile app
- Tap on the question mark in the top-right corner and then tap Contact Support.
- This will open a webpage where you can chat with our AI agent.

From the desktop portal

Click the question mark beside your name in the top-right of your portal.

Select Contact our Support Team.

The AI chat will open in the bottom-right corner of your screen. It will recognize your name and account type since you are logged in.

Ask descriptive questions, and the AI agent will respond conversationally.

To contact a human agent, ask the AI agent to connect with a human.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or submit an email to our support.
- Our live chat coverage is limited, so you won’t always be given this option.

Keep the chat open to see new messages.

To enable a sound notification, click the 3 dots in the top-left of the chat.

Click Turn on sound

When you’re finished, click the X in the top-right corner of the chat widget.

You’ll be prompted to confirm you want to end the chat and then have the opportunity to leave feedback.
- To send the chat transcript to yourself, click the 3 dots in the top-left corner of the chat and select Email transcript.
From the Help Center
Practice Better maintains a comprehensive help center with articles, videos, and FAQs that can quickly answer many questions. This self-service option is always available and can be accessed through our website.
To ask a question:

Log in with the same credentials as your Practice Better account.

Click your name in the top-right and select My Activities.

This will open a page with your support request history. You can see the subject, ticket number (ID), the date of creation, the date of the last update, and the status.

Clicking on a request will open a page with the detailed conversation history.

At the bottom of that page, you can add to the conversation, upload an attachment, or solve the ticket yourself.
