Use this automation to confirm one-on-one bookings requested by clients from your Public Bookings Page and Client Portal.
- Go to My Practice > Automations.
- Click on the red Fast-action Button in the bottom right and choose Confirm one-on-one bookings.
- Name your automation.
- Choose which service(s) you’d like to auto-confirm.
- You can also choose to auto-confirm any rescheduled session requests.
- Optionally restrict which service methods and locations you’d like to auto-confirm requests for, e.g. only confirm in-person sessions at a specific location.
- Choose if you’ll give access to the Client Portal at this time. Clients will be sent an invitation to join Practice Better and activate their account.
- For invited clients, you can also provide access to the client Journals and specific entry types by enabling the appropriate checkboxes.
- Additionally, you can mark the session confirmed on the client's behalf, add a note that the client will see in their email notification, and automatically apply or remove client tags.
- Click Create to save your automation.
