Resending completed forms to your client for changes

You can resend a completed form to your client if they need to make adjustments to the submission. This applies to forms created using our Form Builder.

How it works

Any completed form submitted by your client remains read-only. We will create a copy of the completed form with your client's answers, then send the copy for them to complete. You will see two forms in their Forms & Waivers section (the original and the copy).

Forms resent to clients can only be completed within the Client Portal. Ensure your client has access to the portal before proceeding.

1) Go to your client's Forms & Waivers section in their client file

2) Click the More Options button (3 dots) next to the completed form then select Resend for edits from the options provided.

3) Click Resend in the following prompt to confirm and resend the form
