Many forms and waivers will require signatures from both clients and practitioners. If you have uploaded an existing PDF form to the platform, you will not be able to use Practice Better's form builder tools to add a signature component onto your form.
Signatures can only be added to forms that are created directly Practice Better with our form builder. When building a form in Practice Better you can add individual signature components for you and your clients by clicking the Signer component:
You will then be prompted to select which signature will be required.
You can even save your signature on file to pre-sign forms that require your signature by navigating to the Gear icon at the top right, click All Settings & Preferences and click Forms and Signatures:
