Team owners can build a shared Bookings Page that lists multiple practitioners under one link, giving clients a single place to request sessions with anyone on the team. This article covers who can create one, how to set it up, and what to expect as your team changes.

Before You Begin
📍 Note: Team Bookings Pages are available on the Team plan.
Before creating a Team Bookings Page, make sure:
- You're signed in as the team owner. Only the owner can create this type of page.
- Each team member you want to include has their own services, packages, or programs, or has services shared with them.
- Each team member has their Availability set up. Clients can't book a practitioner who has no open time slots.

Who Can Create a Team Bookings Page
Only the team account owner can create a Team Bookings Page. This is true even for Admins with full permissions and team member access.
⚠️ Important: This is one of the few actions in Teams & Permissions that can't be delegated. There's no permission toggle that extends this ability to an Admin.
Here's what a non-owner Admin sees instead: when they go to Settings & Preferences > Website Links & Widgets, they're prompted to select a team member first. Once selected, clicking Add page only lets them create an Individual Bookings Page scoped to that practitioner. The Team Bookings Page option doesn't appear in their pop-up at all.
📍 Note: Once a Team Bookings Page exists, Admins with the appropriate permissions can edit or delete it. The owner-only restriction applies to creation, not ongoing management.
If account ownership is transferred to a new person, that person gains the ability to create Team Bookings Pages, and the previous owner loses it.

Creating a Team Bookings Page
- Click the Settings (gear icon) near the top-right of your portal and go to your Links & Widgets page (Share my link).
- Click Add page under the Public Bookings Pages section.
- Select Team Bookings Page from the pop-up.
- Select a cover image and complete the following fields:
- Label: Identifies your page in the list of created pages. Not shown to clients.
- Page Title: The title clients see when they visit the page.
- Welcome Message: A brief salutation and description of what's offered on the page.
- Product Description: Choose whether product descriptions are hidden, shown in full, or shown as excerpts.
- Redirect URL: Sends clients to a specified page after booking. This overrides any product-specific redirects and the redirect in your Booking & Cancellation Settings.
Adding Categories
Categories let you organize products on your page, for example, separate categories for "New Clients," "Returning Clients," or "Weight Loss Programs." Adding categories to your bookings page is optional.
- Click the Fast Action Button in the bottom-right corner and select Add category.
- Add a name and optional description, then click Done.
- The category header will be saved in your page. Click Add products next to the category to add services, packages, or programs to the category.
- Select a team member, then choose from their available services, packages, or programs.
- Click Done to add the selected items to your page.
📍 Note: You can also add products directly to the page without a category, using Add products from the Fast Action Button.
Adding Products
Not every offering needs to live inside a category. You can add services, packages, or programs directly to the page for a simpler, flatter layout, or alongside categorized offerings if that fits your practice better.
- Click the Fast Action Button in the bottom-right corner and select Add products.
- In the pop-up, select a team member from the drop down list or leave it as Any team member.
- In the next picklist in the pop-up, choose from the members’ available services, packages, or programs. Use the search bar in the picklist to find a specific offering quickly.
- Click Done in the pop-up to add the selected items to your page.
Repeat this process for each team member or any other products you want to add.
📍 Note: An offering can appear both on its own and inside one or more categories, though this may be confusing for clients browsing the page. If you're using categories, it's usually clearer to keep each offering in just one place.
Adding Bookmarks
Bookmarks appear to the left of your products on desktop and tablet, giving clients quick access to links like your website, privacy policy, or cancellation policy.
- Click the Fast Action Button in the bottom-right corner and select Add bookmark.
- Enter a title and URL for your bookmark and click Done to save it in your custom bookings page.

Team Bookings Page Settings
Setting Your Team Bookings Page as the Default
Enable Use this page as my default if you'd like this Team Bookings Page to be what clients see across your whole team, whether they're requesting products from the Client Portal or visiting your default booking URL.
Since a Team Bookings Page can list every practitioner on your team, this is a quick way to make sure new and existing clients always land somewhere they can book with anyone, not just one practitioner.
📍 Note: Client tag permissions can't be enabled on a page set as your default. See Restricting Page Access Based on Tags in Customizing Your Bookings Page for how tag-based pages and your default page work together.
Allowing Clients to Book on Behalf of Family Members
Enable Allow clients to book on behalf of family members to let clients request sessions for a family member instead of themselves. This setting isn't unique to Team Bookings Pages; see Allowing Clients to Book on Behalf of Family Members in Customizing Your Bookings Page for full details on how it behaves.
Limiting Team Members Displayed
By default, clients can request products from every practitioner on your team. To narrow this down, check the Limit team members displayed on this page checkbox and select which team members should appear.
Hiding the Practitioner List
On the first step of your page, Practice Better displays a list of practitioners clients can filter by. Enable Hide practitioner list in left navigation bar to remove this list.
Hiding the Practitioner Picklist for Shared Services and Packages
For shared services and packages, clients normally see a Select a practitioner picklist on the bookings page so they can choose who they'd like to book with. Enable Hide practitioner picklist for shared services and packages to remove it for offerings that require booking at the time of purchase.
With Packages specifically, the Hide practitioner picklist option works under specific conditions. For the practitioner selection to be hidden, your Package must meet one of these requirements:
- The first booking in a package is set as mandatory at the time of purchase, OR
- A package contains only programs or courses (not services), and those programs are attributable to a single practitioner.
If your packages include services and you don't require mandatory booking at purchase time, clients will need to select a practitioner's time slot during checkout to ensure clients can complete their booking.
Limiting Locations Available for Booking
By default, clients can request in-person sessions at any client-facing location set up in your Company Profile. Enable Limit in-person session to specific locations and select which location(s) should be available on this page.
This behaves the same on a Team Bookings Page as on an Individual Bookings Page. See Limiting Locations Available for Booking in Customizing Your Bookings Page for more detail.
Restricting Page Access Based on Client Tags
Since a Team Bookings Page can list every practitioner on your team, tags are a useful way to show different client segments a page tailored to them, for example, clients tagged by location or primary practitioner. Enable Allow clients with specific tags to view this page and select the tag(s) that should see it.
📍 Note: This option is only available on pages created by the team owner. Practitioners building their own Individual Bookings Pages won't see this setting at all.
For the full breakdown of how tag matching works, including what happens when a client matches multiple tag-restricted pages, see Restricting Page Access Based on Tags in Customizing Your Bookings Page.
Managing Team Member Changes
Your Team Bookings Page adjusts automatically as your team changes, but it helps to know what clients will actually see:
-
New team member joins: Their name automatically appears in the bookings page setup picklist once they've activated their account, so you can add their services or packages right away.
-
New team member with shared services: If the page has no team member limits set, they're automatically included on the client-facing page as soon as they've set up their availability. If the page limits which team members are shown, they won't appear on the client-facing page until you add them to that limit list, even if they're sharing services with another listed practitioner.
-
Active member with no bookable products or no availability set: Still appears on the page (respecting any team member limits), but clients won't be able to select a date or time for them.
-
Archived team member: Doesn't appear on the page at all.
-
Departing team member, services they owned: Those services can be transferred to another team member. Test the page afterward, and remove or re-add offerings as needed.
- Departing team member, shared (not owned) services: No impact to the page.
Using Your Team Bookings Page
Once your page is set up, share it the same way you would any custom Bookings Page: get its link, embed it as a widget, apply your branding, or set it as your default. See Using Your New Bookings Page in Customizing Your Bookings Page for those steps.
