How to Read This Article
Each connector entry includes:
- A brief description of what the app does within Connector Hub.
- A configuration note explaining whether setup happens once for the whole practice, per individual practitioner, or both. If you are a solo practitioner on a Plus plan, you will complete all levels of setup yourself.
- A workflow table showing which Practice Better events trigger actions in the connected app, and where applicable, which events in the connected app trigger actions in Practice Better.
📍 Note: Connector Hub email workflows fire independently from Practice Better's built-in email notifications. They're designed to serve a different purpose: for example, sending a follow-up instruction email after a client books, rather than replacing the booking confirmation itself. We recommend designing your connector workflows with this in mind to avoid sending duplicate emails to clients for the same event.
