Find, rename, duplicate, and delete the meal plans in a client's nutrition plan, or delete the nutrition plan entirely. Deleting is permanent, so this article explains what each option removes.

Before You Begin

Viewing a Client's Meal Plans
The nutrition plan has two tabs:
- Overview: Shows Recent meal plans and the Recipe collection.
- Meal plans: Lists every meal plan with its recipe count.
To find a meal plan:
- Open the client's Nutrition Plan page.
- Select the Meal plans tab.
- Search by name, or use the sort menu to change the order.
- Select Edit to open a meal plan.

Renaming a Meal Plan
- Open the meal plan.
- Select the pencil icon beside the meal plan name. Edit Meal Plan Settings opens.
- Enter the new name in Meal plan title (limited to 255 characters).
- Click Save.
Duplicating a Meal Plan
Duplicate a meal plan when a client needs a similar week. Changes to the copy do not affect the original.
- Open the nutrition plan Overview or Meal plans tab.
- Click the More Options menu (3 dots) on the meal plan.
- Select Duplicate.
Deleting a Meal Plan
⚠️ Important: Deleting a meal plan is permanent, and your client loses access to it.
- Open the nutrition plan Overview or Meal plans tab.
- Select the More Options menu (3 dots) on the meal plan, then select Delete.
- In Delete meal plan, select I confirm I want to delete this meal plan.
- Select Delete.
📍 Note: Your regulatory body can require you to keep a record of all documents and resources associated with your clients. Confirm your record-keeping requirements before you delete.
Deleting a Nutrition Plan
⚠️ Important: Deleting a nutrition plan permanently removes all of its meal plans and recipes, and your client loses access immediately.
- Open the client's Nutrition Plan page.
- Select the trash icon in the top right.
- In Delete nutrition plan, select I confirm I want to delete this nutrition plan.
- Select Delete.
To remove one week only, delete the meal plan instead.
