Allowing Permissions During Your Session
Different browsers handle camera and microphone permissions in different ways. Here's what to expect when you join your first telehealth session:
Firefox and Safari
Firefox and Safari browsers typically request camera and microphone permissions each time you join a video session. When the permission pop-up appears, simply click Allow to grant access.
If you accidentally click Don't Allow or dismiss the pop-up without responding, don't worry – just close and reopen your Telehealth session, and you'll see the permission request again.
