You can locate the Payments Dashboard by clicking your Settings (gear icon) > Payments Dashboard or from My Practice > Billing & Payments > Payments Dashboard tab.
This dashboard allows you to easily monitor your account status, funds, and transactions in one place. You can also use the Payments Dashboard to order and connect your WisePOS terminal reader for in-person transactions and access the Stripe dashboard for additional visibility and support.
There are three sections within the Payments Dashboard:
Account status alerts are displayed at the top of each section in the dashboard. It's important to promptly respond to any alerts to prevent payment disruptions or delays. For more information on the six account statuses, refer to the "Status badges" section in this Stripe article.
Balance & Payouts
Monitor your total balance (pending plus available funds), funds on hold, and funds that will soon be deposited into your destination bank account.
To view and edit account information, including your payout (deposit) schedule and destination bank account, follow these steps.
- Click See details
- Click Update
- After clicking Update, you can adjust the options under Schedule to update your payout schedule.
- Use Destination to view and update your destination bank account (where funds from payment processing are deposited).
When updating your destination bank account, you will be prompted to sign into your Stripe account.
Payments & Disputes
Export, monitor, and respond to transaction statuses within the Payments & Disputes section of the Payments Dashboard.
Click Export to download payment data by date range and information required or desired.
Click Filters to sort transactions by Amount, Date, Status, and Payment Method.
Use the Status filter to check for Disputed transactions regularly to ensure your business responds quickly and provides evidence refuting illegitimate claims. Learn more about disputes and chargebacks, including how to prevent them, here: Ways to prevent chargebacks
