Card Declined / Generic Decline
This error indicates that the card provider/bank has declined the charge. For this type of issue, please contact your bank directly to determine why the payment failed. There may be a restriction on the card preventing payment from being processed.

Insufficient Funds
This error indicates that your card has insufficient funds. For this type of issue, please contact your bank directly for more information as to why the transaction failed.
Invalid Account
This error indicates that the card, or account the card is connected to, is invalid. Please reach out to your bank/card provider to check that the card is working correctly.
Invalid Card Data
This error indicates that there was an invalid card number used for this payment. Please verify that all of the card details provided are correct and match what your card provider has on file.
If you are using an HSA/FSA card and the card details are correct, please reach out to your practitioner to see if their payment processor is set up to receive HSA/FSA payments. They may need to configure their payment processor to allow these payments.
