Allow your clients to pay for your services, packages, and programs using percent-off and amount-off coupons. Configure expiration dates, maximum redemptions, and limit discounts to specific products and services.
** Coupon discounts can only be applied when clients select the "Pay in full" option when purchasing services, packages, and programs. Coupons cannot be applied to payment plans. **
Creating a Coupon
1) Go to My Practice > Billing & Payments > Coupons
2) Click the red Fast Action Button in the bottom-right corner. Click Create coupon from the options provided.
3) Specify a code for your coupon. Coupon codes are case-sensitive and must start and end with a letter or number. May contain "-" and "_", but no spaces.
Eg. WELLNESS-30, well30, WELL_30
4) Specify a discount type, either Percentage-based or a fixed amount off.
You can provide 100% OFF coupons by specifying 100 in the Percent-off field. If your client applies a fixed amount coupon which is higher than the original purchase amount, a 100% off discount will be applied.
Coupons will not be applied to a purchase if the discounted total is more than 0.00, but less than 1.00 in any currency.
Coupon Restrictions
Expiration Date
You can optionally specify an expiry date when setting up your coupons. Coupon discounts will not be applied once the expiry date has passed. You can update the expiry date at any time after a coupon has been created.
Maximum Redemptions
You can optionally limit the number of redemptions for a specific coupon using the Max redemptions field. Coupon discounts will not be applied once the maximum number of redemptions is reached. You can update the redemption limit at any time after a coupon has been created.
Restricting Coupons to specific Services, Packages, and Programs
Use the "Limit to" field to specify which services, packages and programs your coupon should apply to:
Redeeming Coupons
Coupons can be redeemed on your Bookings Pages and Widget. On the Payment Options page, clients will see the following prompt:
Enter the promo code (case-sensitive) and click the Apply Code button to apply the discount:
If the coupon is valid, the coupon description and discount amount will appear under the coupon input textbox:
Your coupon redemption total will be incremented whenever a successful payment is processed:
