Your clients may occasionally reply to automated emails we send about upcoming sessions, pending forms and new resources you've shared from Practice Better. These notifications are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can set up a "Reply-To" address for automated emails to ensure you don't miss any communication from your client.
1) Go to Settings > Notification Preferences > Client Notifications
2) Specify an email address in the "Reply-to" field:
If your client replies to an automated notification from their email app, we'll auto-populate the recipient field with the email address you specify here.
3) Click Save Changes
