Your clients may occasionally reply to automated emails we send about upcoming sessions, pending forms and new resources you've shared from Practice Better. These notifications are sent from notifications@practicebetter.io.
Practice Better is fully SPF, DKIM, and DMARC compliant, which helps build strong trust with email service providers when our notifications are received and opened.
You can set up a "Reply-To" address for automated emails to ensure you don't miss any communication from your clients.
- Go to Settings > Notification Preferences > Client Notifications.
- Specify an email address in the Reply-to field.
If your client replies to an automated notification from their email app, we'll auto-populate the recipient field with the email address you specify here. - Click Save Changes.
On the team plan, you can choose to Save changes for me or Save and apply to team.
