You can resend a completed form to your client for edits, or send a reminder for any form they haven't yet submitted. Both actions are available from the client's Forms & Waivers section.

Resending a Completed Form for Edits
Any completed form submitted by your client remains read-only. Resending creates a copy with your client's existing answers for them to update. You will see two forms in their Forms & Waivers section (the original and the copy).

To resend a client’s form for edits:
- Go to your client's Forms & Waivers section in their client record.
- Optionally filter their forms to view those in Completed status.
- Click the More Options button (3 dots) next to the completed form and select Resend for edits.
- Optionally include some instructions for your client (ie. the reason you are resending the form).
- Click Resend in the pop-up to confirm.
Sending a Reminder for an Incomplete Form
If a client hasn't completed a form (started or not started), you can send them a reminder. This triggers an email and in-app notification prompting them to complete it.
- Go to your client's Forms & Waivers section in their client record.
- Optionally filter their forms to view those in Not Completed status.
- Click the More Options button (3 dots) next to the incomplete form and select Send Reminder.
- Click Send in the pop-up to confirm.
Customizing the Pending Form Reminder Email
Practitioners on the Professional plan and above can customize the reminder email template.

To customize your pending form reminder email template:
- Go to Settings > Notification Preferences.
- Click the Client Notifications tab.
- Click to edit the Pending forms to complete template.
- Click Save Changes in the top right.
