Profile photos can be added or removed by practitioners through the Practitioner Portal or by clients using the Client Portal. Practitioners can add photos on the client's Recent Activity page, which is only visible to them. Clients can update their profile photos by editing their profile in the Client Portal.

Adding a Client Profile Photo in the Practitioner Portal
The profile photo a practitioner adds to the system is only visible in your Practitioner Portal. A client with access to the Client Portal will either see no photo or a photo they've added to their own profile.
- Go to your client's Recent Activity page.
- Either click the avatar or the camera button below their name.
- Select a photo from your device. The photo selected must be in JPEG format.
Removing a Profile Photo
- Go to your client's Recent Activity page.
- Click the More options button (3 dots).
- Select Remove Profile Photo from the options provided.

- On desktop, click your name in the top corner and go to your Profile.
- On the mobile app, tap the menu in the top corner and select My Profile.
- On the mobile app, tap the menu in the top corner and select My Profile.
- Click or tap on the avatar.
- Select a photo from your device. The photo selected must be in JPEG format.
Removing a Profile Photo
- On desktop, click your name in the top corner and go to your Profile.
- On the mobile app, tap the menu in the top corner and select My Profile.
- On the mobile app, tap the menu in the top corner and select My Profile.
- Click or tap on the trash icon beside your profile image.
- Confirm the photo removal.
- Click or tap Save Changes near the top-right.
