🔄 We're freshening things up!

Practice Better is gradually rolling out a refreshed UI/UX design. You may notice that the navigation bar has moved from the top to the left side of the portal. As a result, some screenshots and images in our articles may not yet reflect the updated interface — but the steps and guidance are still accurate.

We're actively updating all articles and appreciate your patience in the meantime. If something looks different than what you see on screen, the functionality is the same — just with a fresh coat of paint.

New time zones for British Columbia, Alberta, the Northwest Territories and Manitoba - Three new time zones are now available for provinces moving to permanent daylight saving time on November 1, 2026. These zones keep session times, reminders and emails correct after November 1, when these provinces stop changing their clocks.

  • New time zones: Pacific Time (British Columbia) for BC, Mountain Time (Alberta) for Alberta and the Northwest Territories, and Manitoba for Manitoba
  • Practitioners, admins and clients in these provinces should change the time zone in their Practice Better profile or account to their province’s new zone
  • Yukon, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, northeast BC and provinces east of Manitoba are not affected
  • Learn more about the new time zones
