AI Charting Assistant: Custom summary formats - You can now create and save your own formats for AI-generated session summaries, in addition to the three preset formats. Custom formats are managed in the Note Templates section, in the AI Summary Format tab, alongside your existing note templates. Available as an add-on on all paid plans, Starter and above.
- Build a format three ways: select a note from a client's session history and it will generate a format matching that note's structure, paste in any note text to turn it into a reusable format, or describe the format you want in a prompt
- Preview a format against a past session before saving it
- Set a default format, or assign specific formats to specific services
- The %session_summary% placeholder in any note template pulls from your selected format

AI Charting Assistant: Tiered pricing - AI Charting Assistant is moving from AI credits pricing, billed per minute of usage, to tiered pricing. Tiers are per practitioner, per month. Overage on all tiers is $0.02 per minute.
- Tier 1 - 20h (1,200min) - $10
- Tier 2 - 60h (3,600min) - $20
- Tier 3 - 120h (7,200min) - $40
- If you currently use AI Charting Assistant, your AI credits pricing continues until October 31, 2026. You can select a tier from your My Subscription page at any time before then. Accounts that have not selected a tier lose access to AI Charting Assistant on November 1, 2026 until a tier is selected.
- Your historical AI credits usage remains available to download under the AI credits (legacy) option in the usage report.
