Before You Begin
- Program Analysis and the Enrollments tab serve different purposes. The Analysis tab gives you aggregate, read-only reports for understanding trends across your whole program.
- To take action on an individual client (unlock a module, resend an invite, archive an enrollment), head to the program's Enrollments tab instead. Learn more about Managing Program Enrollments and Client Access →

- The Organization: Reports permission for Teams only controls team member access to My Practice > Reports. It doesn't restrict access to a program's Analysis tab; any team member with access to manage the program can view its analysis.
- Fixed-Date programs are available on the Professional plan and up, while Evergreen and Self-Paced programs (and their reports) require the Plus plan or higher. Learn more about Choosing Your Program Type →

Available Reports
From the Analysis tab, you'll find four reports, each giving you a different lens on client engagement.
Enrollment Summary
This report shows all enrolled clients and their overall progress within the program.

Chat Engagement
⚠️ Important: This report only has data if group chat is enabled for the program. If you haven't set up group chat, this report will be empty. Learn more about Adding Group Chat to Programs →
This report shows your clients' chat engagement, including total posts, top posts, engagement by hour and weekday, and more.
Use the date filter to view chat engagement metrics for different or custom date ranges. This is the only report on the Analysis tab with date filtering.
Click any top post to open it and view the post along with any comments.
Comparing Enrollment Across Programs
Unlike the reports above, the Program Enrollment Comparison Report isn't found inside a specific program. It lives on your practice-wide Reports page, so you can compare performance across multiple programs at once.
- Go to My Practice > Reports.
- Select Program Enrollment Comparison.
- Select one or more programs from the Select Programs dropdown on the left.
📍 The report stays empty until you select at least one program.
- Click Submit to run your report.
Your results include a summary of Total Programs, Total Enrollments, Completed Enrollments, and Average Days to Complete across your selection, followed by a breakdown table with these columns per program:
- Program.
- Start Date.
- Practitioner.
- Total Enrollments.
- Completed Enrollments.
- Average Days to Complete.
- Average Progress.
- Total Messages (with client-posted messages shown in parentheses).
📍 Note: Average Days to Complete shows as "--" until at least one enrollment in that program has been marked complete.
