You have a few options when it comes to linking services, packages, and programs to your website so new (and existing) clients can book sessions and packages, and register for your programs:
- Use a link to a specific service, package, or program. Use this option if you want to take clients to your calendar for a specific service/package, or to a registration page to enroll in a specific program.
- Use a link to your default Bookings Page. Your default Bookings Page will display all public packages, services, and programs for your client to book.
- Create custom Public Bookings Page(s) to group related services, packages and programs together.
- Embed your website widget HTML code onto a page so clients can request session sessions directly on your website.
Sharing a direct link to book a service or package
Use this option to create a button (e.g. "Book Now") on your website, sales page or even to share a booking link right from your Newsletter or Social Media. This link will redirect clients to your calendar specifically for this service/package:
- Go to My Practice > My Services from the top navigation bar.
- Open the More Options menu (3 dots) next to a service or package.
- Click the Share Link button from the menu displayed.
- Copy the URL and share:
Creating a Short Link
We recommend using a short link if you'll be copying your booking link into an email marketing tool (e.g. Mailchimp) or a website maker (e.g. Wix or Squarespace) as these sites may have issues redirecting to your page correctly.

Linking to your default Bookings Page
Your default Bookings Page displays all services, packages, and programs set to public. You can customize the visibility of each offering individually — some can be public while others remain private. Public offerings appear automatically on your default bookings page, while private offerings do not.
Even when set to private, you can still book these offerings for clients directly, and clients can access them through direct booking links you share with them. Changing a service from public to private only removes it from your default bookings page and won't affect existing client access.
To locate your default Bookings Page URL:
- Click on the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner of your navigation bar.
- Select Share My Link. This will take you to the Website Widgets and Links Page.
- Copy the link under the Public Bookings Pages heading.

Embed your Bookings widget directly into your website
If you'd like to keep your clients on your website, you can also embed the bookings widget HTML code.
- Click on the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner of your navigation bar.
- Select Share My Link. This will take you to the Website Widgets and Links Page.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Create a Booking Widget heading.
- You can customize the theme color for the buttons and headings in the widget by entering a color (as a HEX code) into the Theme color field.
- Optionally adjust the width and height of the widget in the fields provided.
- Choose the Booking Page, service, package, or program you'd like to model your widget after from the Services, packages and programs to display pick list.
- Copy the HTML under the Embedded Booking Widget section and embed it on your website.
