If your practitioner has provided you with the ability request changes to your profile, you will be able to request updates to your:
- Date of Birth
- Relationship Status
- Contact Information
- Secondary Contact
- Mailing Address
To request a change, navigate to your Profile at the top right corner of your screen and select Edit Profile.
Once you've made your changes, click Save Changes to send the request to your practitioner.
A banner will be displayed letting you know that it's currently in-review with your practitioner.
If your practitioner chooses to notify you once they've approved your request, you will receive an email notification.
Please note: You will not see your changes reflected in the Client Portal until your practitioner approves your request.
