If your practitioner has enabled the option to allow clients to view and request changes to their client profile, you will be able to request updates to your:
- Title
- Name
- Pronouns
- Date of Birth
- Relationship Status
- Gender
- Occupation
- Contact Information
- Mailing Address
- Secondary Contact
- Insurance Information
To request a change, go to your Profile at the top corner of your screen and select Edit Profile.
Once you've made your changes, click Save Changes to send the request to your practitioner.
A pop-up and a banner will be displayed, letting you know that it's currently in review with your practitioner.
If your practitioner chooses to notify you once they've approved your request, you will receive an email notification confirmation.
📍 Note: You won't see your changes reflected in the Client Portal until your practitioner approves your request.
