Yes, as a client, you can use the same email address with multiple practitioners.
Activating Your Account with Another Practitioner
If you already have access to the Client Portal and you've been invited by another practitioner (Practitioner B), you will receive an Invitation email from Practitioner B that will allow you to activate your account in Practitioner B's portal.
Please ensure that you click the Activate My Account button in the invitation email sent to you by Practitioner B. You must open this link in a browser. You will then be prompted to sign in to link your existing login credentials to the profile created by Practitioner B.
Once you have activated your account with Practitioner B, you will then have access to your profiles with both practitioners when you sign in. You will be prompted with a profile picker upon sign-in that allows you to select between your practitioners:
Switching Between Profiles

Then, to switch between profiles without having to sign out, please click on your Profile > Switch Profile.
If you're using the mobile app, you'll find the Switch Profile button just above the Sign out button.
