- Telehealth Summarization (Closed Beta)
- The new Telehealth Summarization add-on, which includes session recording, transcription, and summarization, is currently in closed beta. Practice Better customers are actively participating in co-creating this feature, which will launch soon.
- Session summaries and session action items generated from session recordings have been added to the beta
- The session recording, transcription, summary and action items are all available from the Client Hub.
- Placeholders have been added to note templates for session summary and session action items so you can automatically pull this information into new notes associated with a recorded session.
- An automation has been added to automatically Create notes for recorded telehealth sessions.
- If your previous telehealth session was recorded a last session recap card will be available showing you a summary of the previous appointment, the action items and associated notes.
- Learn more about the Telehealth Summarization add-on.
- When conducting a Practice Better telehealth session a notification card will be displayed if your client has a birthday 7 days before or after the session.
- Mental Health Professional added as a profession option when registering and in My Profile
- Minor bug fixes and improvements
