🔄 We're freshening things up!
Practice Better is gradually rolling out a refreshed UI/UX design. You may notice that the navigation bar has moved from the top to the left side of the portal. As a result, some screenshots and images in our articles may not yet reflect the updated interface — but the steps and guidance are still accurate.
We're actively updating all articles and appreciate your patience in the meantime. If something looks different than what you see on screen, the functionality is the same — just with a fresh coat of paint.
Updates
- AI Charting Assistant (Beta) Updates:
- Recording summary format is now available in SOAP style
- Recording summary format can now be set for specific services. The service-level format will override the format set in your Telehealth & Messaging settings.
- Added support for generating summaries and action items for Zoom one-on-one meetings
- Added support for generating transcriptions in different languages.
- A Test Availability tool is now available on the My Availability page. If you are not seeing the expected availability for a specific service or timeslot, this tool will assist in troubleshooting what might be causing the issue.
- Added option to resync Evexia labs from your client's Lab Orders & Results page. Labs created/updated within the last three months will also be synced to your account at the time of integration.
- Added option to enable background noise suppression in Practice Better Telehealth sessions
- Minor bug fixes and improvements
