Planning a trip or expecting to be out of office? We'll make sure your clients don't request sessions for the periods you'll be away.
Practice Better allows you to configure the start and end dates for up to 5 out-of-office periods. You can also include an optional note to provide your clients with a brief courtesy message or emergency contact information.
1) To set up your notification, go to My Schedule > Out-of-Office Notification
2) Check the Enable out-of-office notification checkbox:
A popup will appear allowing you to set the start and end dates and an optional message for your out-of-office period:
3) Click Done to add your out-of-office period, then click Save Changes in the top-right corner.
4) You can add additional out-of-office periods by clicking the Add another button:
Clients will see a banner at the top of their Client Portal during an out-of-office period. Dates on your Bookings Page will also be disabled for the duration of your out-of-office period(s).
