Better provides a few options for you to integrate your existing work/personal Google Calendars. Once you link your account, you'll be able to sync upcoming sessions and reminders to Google. Your Google Calendar events will also appear in My Calendar.
To get started go to 3rd Party Integrations in the Settings menu. Click the Link button on the Google Calendar item.
A popup window will appear asking you to sign-in to Google and to grant Better access to view and modify your calendar. Click Allow when prompted.

Once your Google account is linked, select which calendars will be visible in My Calendar by checking the boxes next to each calendar name. Your main Google calendar will usually be your account name (e.g. Mary Smith).
We'll warn you if you try to book a session which conflicts with any of the events included from your Google calendars.
Syncing Sessions & Reminders
You can optionally sync your upcoming sessions and reminders so they appear in any app which integrates with your your Google Calendar, such as the Google Calendar app and iPhone Calendar.
First check the box Sync sessions and reminders to my Google Calendar, then select the calendar you'd like your Better events to appear in:
Sending session invites using Google Calendar
By default, we send session invites and reminders via email. Optionally, these can be sent using Google Calendar, giving your clients an easy way to add these notifications to their own Google Calendar.
Only using this feature if you're certain all of your clients will be using Gmail as their primary communication tool.
Unlinking Google Calendar
You can unlink your Google Calendar at any time by going to 3rd Party Integrations and clicking Unlink. This action will:
- Remove all Google events from display in My Calendar.
- Remove all sync'd Better events from your Google Calendar. Non-Better events are never deleted.
