Telehealth Video on Mobile Devices
If you are joining a Telehealth session in a mobile browser on your phone or tablet, ensure you are using these minimum supported operating systems:
iPhone/iPad (Safari): iOS 11.0 or higher
Android (Chrome): Android OS 7.0 or higher
If you are using any other browser, e.g Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera, or Brave you will likely have issues connecting to your session.
Using the Practice Better Mobile App
Our mobile app is available for iOS and Android. The speed and performance of the Practice Better app can be dependent on the device, the version of the operating system, and the strength of your internet connection.
Your device must support the following operating system to download and install the app:
