Q: What can I expect to find in the Community?
A: In the Practice Better community, you can:

Q: What is the best way to access the community?
A: For Practice Better users: We recommend accessing the community right from your Practice Better portal. There is a link on both the browser and app versions (Android and iOS) of your Practice Better portal, which takes you right to the community. You can then log in with your Practice Better credentials, and you will stay logged in unless you manually log yourself out. This means that you don't have to log in each time and can seamlessly pop into the community any time you are in your Practice Better portal.
For That Clean Life users: We recommend saving the community URL as a bookmark in your web browser: https://community.practicebetter.io/
You may also access the Community from coaching call replay links in the News Feed in your That Clean Life dashboard.
For non-Practice Better users: We recommend accessing the community through the mobile app or saving the community URL as a bookmark in your web browser: https://community.practicebetter.io/
Q: What other resources are there outside of the Community?
A: We have an extensive and user-friendly Help Center (you're in it now). This is one of the fastest ways to find answers to your questions!
If you were a member of our Practice Better Inner Circle group on Facebook, you can continue to use the group as a database of expertise and knowledge. However, this Facebook group was paused on March 25, 2024, meaning all content will remain accessible, but no new activity can occur.
Our Support team is here to help! You can ask questions and submit a request by using the support chat widget (green chat icon in the bottom right of the Community and Help Center). If you use the mobile app or browser, you won’t see the chat widget within the Community. You can find it here instead.

Q: Is the new community platform part of the Practice Better platform? Can I use this with my own clients?
A: No, the new Practice Better Community is housed on a separate platform (called Circle) and is not part of the Practice Better platform itself. We have single-sign-on enabled, meaning you can log in to the new community using your Practice Better credentials, but it is a separate platform.
If there are any features within the new Community platform that you think would be great to have in the Practice Better platform to use with your own clients, you can definitely submit a feature request to our team.
Q: What is Circle?
A: We’ve built our community on Circle, an all-in-one community platform.
Unlike social media platforms, Circle:
- Is built for communities just like ours. So whether you’re drafting a rich text post to share your insights, searching the member directory for others with similar interests, or joining us for a live event, you can engage with the community in whatever way suits you best.
- Doesn’t have ads or distractions. We’re building a community where we can connect away from the noise.
- Allows us to house everything in one place. With Circle, we’re able to keep all community activity - discussions, resources, events, courses, chat, and more - in one easy-to-navigate place. This means that you only need to navigate one platform in order to take full advantage of your community membership.
Q: I’m part of another community that uses Circle, and I want access to both communities in the same browser/app session (without having to log into different accounts). How do I do this?
A: In order to have both communities you are part of show up on the same browser/app session, you must use the same email address for both accounts. This allows you to use the Circle community "switcher" feature, where you can easily toggle between multiple communities in the same browser session (as well as on the app).
As we have single-sign-on (SSO) set up for the Practice Better Community, you will need to use your Practice Better email address to log in to the Practice Better Community. This will also ensure that you have a smooth experience in the community itself, as well as in the Practice Better platform.
If you choose to create a new and separate account for the Practice Better Community with a different email address, this will impact your experience, as all of the info on your Practice Better profile won't be connected to this new account. For example, if you submit a help ticket through the chat support widget within the community, our support team won't have the info connected to your Practice Better account because you will be using a different email address.
With all that said, we highly recommend using your Practice Better email address to log in to the Practice Better Community. If you would like to change your Practice Better email address, guidance on that is here. You could also consider changing your email address on the other community you are part of to match your Practice Better email.
