Your clients can typically book in-person sessions at any location you've configured in your Company Profile. However, there are times when you might want to offer specific client groups access to only certain locations alongside a curated selection of your services.
Creating a custom Bookings Page with location restrictions gives you complete control over which locations your clients can see and book. This strategic approach works beautifully when you're serving specialized client groups or offering location-specific services that require a more tailored booking experience.
Setting Up Location-Restricted Bookings Pages
Navigate to your booking page settings:
- Go to Settings > Share my link.
- Click Add page under Public Bookings Pages.
- Click the Fast Action Button in the bottom-right and select Add Products. The word "Products" here refers to your Services, Packages, and Programs.
- Select the specific services and packages you want to make available on this page.
- Enable the Limit in-person sessions checkbox and choose your desired locations from the dropdown menu.
- When you are satisfied with your set-up, click Save near the top-right.
📍 Note: Once you've created this custom Bookings Page and shared the link, clients accessing it will only see the locations you've selected in your restriction list, ensuring they book appointments that align with your intended service delivery model.
