Automatically add new clients once they’ve requested selected services, packages, programs or completed a public form. You can optionally give access to the Client Portal at the same time.
- Go to My Practice > Automations
- Click on the Red Fast-action Button and choose Add/invite new clients
- Name your automation
- Choose if you’ll give access to the Client Portal at this time. Clients will be sent an invitation to join Practice Better and activate their account.
- For invited clients, you can also provide access to the Food & Mood and Lifestyle Journals by enabling the checkboxes as highlighted below. Click Edit options to customize how these journals will be created (e.g. setting a focus for the Food Journal or disabling weight tracking for the Lifestyle Journal).
- Optionally restrict this automation to select services/packages/programs
- Click Create to save your automation
