You can update your subscription anytime by going to the My Subscription page in a web browser.
If you are downgrading, you may need to remove clients, add-ons, or team members from your portal to meet the limitations of a lower-tier plan.
Deactivated clients count toward your plan limit; you may need to delete clients before you can downgrade. If you need a bulk export of client data, please email our support team at help@practicebetter.io

Update your Subscription
When you update your subscription mid-billing cycle, the price for your new plan will be factored into your upcoming subscription bill. Learn more about Understanding Your Statement.
- Click your name in the top-right and select My Subscription.

Click Change Plan in the My Subscription section.

Choose the desired subscription plan from the available options.

Click the confirmation button to update your subscription.
