Adding Credits

Follow these instructions to add credits to your account:

1. Select My Subscription from the Profile menu in the top-right corner.
   
2. Click the Add credits button.
   
    
3. Select the number of credits you'd like to purchase from the dropdown menu
   
    
4. Click Add Credits to purchase the credits requested. 

Your invoice may include charges for upgrades made to your subscription during your current billing cycle. Learn more

Setting Up Auto-Recharge

Set up auto-recharge so you never run out of credits when you least expect. We'll automatically top-up your credits when your balance reaches a certain limit.

1. When adding new credits, enable the checkbox to Set up auto-recharge?
   Or, click the More Options menu beside your existing credits and select Edit auto-recharge settings. 
   
    
2. Enter the balance that should trigger the recharge of your balance. E.g. enter 15 if you want us to recharge your account when your credit balance goes below 15 credits.
   
3. Select the Recharge amount to top-up your account.
    
4. Finalize your choices by clicking Add credits or Save Changes.

Managing Credits

Credits can be used to send additional fax and SMS reminders if you've reached your plan limit. Credits can only be redeemed on our paid plans. You can find pricing for credits on our Pricing page.

1. Select My Subscription from the Profile menu in the top-right corner.
   
    
2. Under the Add-ons & Credits section, you'll see a breakdown of your current credit balance and auto-recharge settings.
   
    
3. You can edit your auto-recharge settings or disable the feature by selecting Edit auto-recharge settings from the More Options menu (3 dots).
    
4. You can also view a history of your credit transactions (e.g., credit purchases, faxes sent) by clicking the More Options menu (3 dots) and selecting View history from the options provided.

Managing Add-Ons

Purchasing Add-Ons

1. Select My Subscription from the Profile menu in the top-right corner.
    
2. Click View add-ons to view a list of available add-ons for your plan:
   
    
3. Select from the add-ons available for your subscription.
    
4. Click Purchase to add the add-on to your account. The subscription fee for your add-on will be included in your monthly billing statement.

Removing or Updating Add-Ons

1. Select My Subscription from the Profile menu in the top-right corner.
    
2. Click Edit or Manage to update your existing add-ons.
   
    
3. Select the number of desired team member add-on units from the drop-down and click Update.
   
    
4. To remove an add-on, click the More Options menu (3 dots) next to its name and select Remove. 
   
    
5. Complete the prompt in the confirmation step and click the Remove button.
