In this help article, we will walk you through how to remove the referral questions that appear to clients as part of their booking process.
Remove Reason for Booking
Go to My Practice > My Services, click Edit beside your service and scroll down to Booking Options, uncheck Require clients to provide a reason for booking and click Save Changes.
Remove Referral and Note to Practitioner
Go to My Schedule > Booking & Cancellations Settings, scroll down to Booking Options, uncheck Hide referral and note to practitioner question and click Save Changes.
