Most of Arizona observes Mountain Standard Time (MST) year-round and does not adjust to changes in daylight savings. Other states in Mountain Time will switch to Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) during daylight savings.
You can ensure your sessions will be booked in MST by selecting the (GMT-07:00) Arizona time zone in the session popup:
To avoid confusion with MDT, your clients will receive email, Instant Alert, and text notifications with the time zone displayed as America/Phoenix. You will also see America/Phoenix in your session reminder notifications.
On the website and mobile app, times will be displayed using the MST abbreviation:
Both you and your clients must ensure the time zone in your profile is set to (GMT-07:00) Arizona. This time zone will determine how dates are displayed in the email notifications you receive.
You can adjust your profile time zone by clicking your name in the top right corner of your portal and select Edit Profile from the drop-down menu:
On your My Profile page, select (GMT-07:00) Arizona and click Save changes.
