🔄 We're freshening things up!
Practice Better is gradually rolling out a refreshed UI/UX design. You may notice that the navigation bar has moved from the top to the left side of the portal. As a result, some screenshots and images in our articles may not yet reflect the updated interface — but the steps and guidance are still accurate.
We're actively updating all articles and appreciate your patience in the meantime. If something looks different than what you see on screen, the functionality is the same — just with a fresh coat of paint.
Updates
- Added option to (re)send Client Portal invitations to multiple clients at once. From your My Clients page, click Select multiple in the top-right corner. Select the clients you wish to invite and then click Send/resend invitations in the top-right corner:
- Added option to view journal and measurement charts as line charts (previously, the primary metric could only be displayed as a bar chart). Click the 3 dots in the top-right corner of the chart then select Use line for primary metric:
- Increased the maximum date range for Measurement & Vitals charts from 2 to 3 years
- [Teams] Added a practitioner picklist to the mobile Bookings Page view
