We can recommend times adjacent to your existing events to reduce the number of gaps in your schedule. This option is available for clients booking one-on-one sessions from your Bookings Page and Client Portal.
1) Go to Settings & Preferences > Booking & Cancellation Settings
2) Under Availability Display, enable the Limit gaps between bookings checkbox:
By default, we'll suggest times that are adjacent to existing sessions and session requests. You can also recommend times near to personal events and events from external calendars:
Setting your Maximum Preferred Gap
By default, we'll suggest times that are directly before or after existing events (i.e. 0 minutes before or after an existing event). You can set this gap up to 30 minutes.
For example, if the maximum preferred gap is set to 5 minutes, we'll show a list of suggested times that start or end up to 5 minutes away from an existing event.
The larger the gap, the more suggested times will be presented to your clients.
What Clients See on Your Bookings Page
When adjacent times are available, we'll present the list of suggested times to your clients. Clicking Show more times will provide other non-preferred times for clients to book on that day.
If no adjacent (suggested) times are available, we'll show all available times to your clients.
