Linking your Cronometer Account to Practice Better Client Journals

This article provides instructions on how to link your Cronometer account to Practice Better. Your Cronometer food and biometric data will be automatically synced to your Food/Mood and Lifestyle Journals respectively and available to your practitioner to review.

Linking your Cronometer Account

Go to your Settings & Preferences  > 3rd Party Integration page.

1. In the mobile app, swipe right to open the hamburger menu, then tap Settings & Preferences in the bottom-left corner.
   
2. Select 3rd Party Integration from the Settings & Preferences menu.
3. Click Link next to Cronometer.
   
   If you have multiple profiles associated with your Practice Better login (e.g. a spouse or child), you will be prompted to select which profiles you'd like to sync your Cronometer data to. Select the profiles then click Continue.
4. A popup will appear asking you to sign in to your Cronometer account. Enter your Cronometer email and password then click Login.
   
5. Next, click Authorize to continue.
   
6. In the mobile app tap Done (iOS) or the close button (Android) in the top-left corner once your Cronometer account has been connected to Practice Better.

Viewing Cronometer Data in your Journals

We'll automatically pull in 3 months of food and biometric data into your journals when you link your Cronometer account to Practice Better.

You can view your Cronometer data by going to My Resources > Journals. You'll notice two new sections for food and biometric data:

Resyncing Cronometer Data

Your Cronometer data is automatically refreshed during the day. You can also manually refresh entries for a given day by clicking the 3 dots in the top-right corner of your journal. Select Sync Cronometer from the options provided:

Unlinking your Cronometer Account

1. Go to your Settings & Preferences  > 3rd Party Integration page.
2. Click Unlink next to Cronometer.
   
3. You will be prompted to unlink your account and either

• remove previously synced Cronometer data from your journals, or
• unlink without removing the Cronometer data already synced to your journals.

Select one of these options to complete the unlinking process.
